These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by Performance Wraps. By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Performance Wraps, you agree to these terms.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Performance Wraps uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their inquiries and projects.
Messages may include:
• Responses to customer inquiries
• Requests for vehicle photographs or project information
• Quote and estimate updates
• Design-proof and approval updates
• Consultation and appointment reminders
• Installation, scheduling, and pickup updates
• Customer-service responses
• Post-installation and warranty follow-up
OPTING IN
You may opt in to text messages from Performance Wraps by:
• Initiating a text-message conversation with us
• Providing your mobile number through a form and selecting the SMS-consent option
• Expressly agreeing to receive text messages during a telephone conversation
• Expressly agreeing to receive text messages in person
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and authorize Performance Wraps to send messages concerning your inquiry, appointments, and projects.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointments, and active projects. Communications are generally sent as needed to respond to you or provide relevant project updates.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile-service plan. Performance Wraps does not charge a separate fee for participating in its text-messaging program.
OPTING OUT
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No additional text messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.
